RESnWEB Best Practices Workshop in the Jankovich Kúria Wellness Hotel

 

More than 50 partners attended our exclusive workshop only for RESnWEB clients in March in the picturesque Jankovich Kúria Hotel in Rácalmás, Hungary.

Mr Ákos Gyenes, RESnWEB’s hospitality director’s informative and engaging presentation introduced the new RESnWEB guest satisfaction widget and he shared practical know-how about the online guest satisfaction survey module and closed the morning session with his novel thoughts on dynamic pricing strategy.

After the sunny Korean and European buffet lunch, participants got a detailed insight into RESnWEB online proposal sending add-on, innovative solutions, fresh ideas and tips on direct booking and how to use Google Analytics and RESnWEB online hotel booking engine even more professionally. At the end of the event Ákos unveiled the keenly anticipated innovations and thanked the partners for their past and future feedbacks and requests being the source of inspiration for further development.

The outstanding venue, the expert and at the same time humorous presentations, delicious meals and lovely spring weather all created a very special occasion. According to the participants, besides getting a lot of up-to-date and valuable information and practical help they also spent a professionally encouraging and nice day together.
